The Palms, established in 1999, is considered by many to be one of the finest true “golf clubs” in the Palm Springs, CA area. Designed by popular PGA professional and The Palms member Fred Couples in collaboration with Brian Curley, The Palms is a challenging test of golf which is further enhanced by demanding fairways and fast, undulating bent grass greens.
There are approximately 100 homes at The Palms with 80 of those homes surrounding the tree-lined golf course which was once a date palm farm. The remaining homes are found in off golf course locations. Homes at The Palms feature three to five bedrooms and range in size from approximately 2,493 to 6,500 sq. ft. Building lots are still available as well.
The gated entrance to The Palms is located on Airport Boulevard, between Madison Street and Monroe Street.
